AI-powered Commerce education platform development

The customer needed to show a White Board in real time during online trainings on which students could write their answers in order to obtain an analysis based on the answers. We have developed an interface that allows creating such boards using preset templates or custom ones. The White Board template consists of blocks with questions and input fields, where students then enter their answers. The analysis result is generated by means of AI - for this, we have integrated the Chat GPT API.

This feature made it possible to create a variety of custom White Boards for different tasks and on different topics.

The educational platform is a means of gaining knowledge on competent business modeling and drawing up a business plan, so we have developed a kind of business modeler based on artificial intelligence, consisting of 5 bots. Each bot allows preparing a part of the business plan.

Bot 1: Customer interviews AI Assistant

This part of the business plan is responsible for the product/service and what problem it solves, its purpose. The user types in his/her product into the blocks and, based on the given data, the AI builds a chain of questions from the bot and the customer’s answers to them.

Bot 2: Value proposition with AI Assistant

Here the user also sets the name of his/her product/service, what mission it performs and how it helps its consumers, and on the basis of this, business value is generated, a commercial offer of a product or service, which can then be used in business positioning further.

Bot 3: Identify competitors with AI

The interface of this bot is a field where a user types in a name of a company that needs to find competitors and fill out columns for them with their unique selling proposition (USP), advantages, business positioning, target audience, technologies, sustainability efforts, customer experience.

Bot 4: Business plan with AI

This bot offers to generate a detailed description of a business plan using several fields: product name, product description, market geography, target audience segments, description of the tasks and roles of all team members who will work on the product.

Bot 5: Ideal customer profile (ICP) with AI

The user describes the functionality of the product and what problem it solves, and based on this, the AI generates 3 ideal user avatars with a detailed description of socio-demographic and psychological characteristics.

All bots were implemented based on artificial intelligence. To do this, we received prepared prompts from the customer, according to which the result was built using the integrated platform - Chat GPT.

In the Student's personal account dashboard, we have arranged all the necessary information as compactly as possible so that they don't have to scroll for a long time. Here, there is a link to all other courses so that they can go and explore other products offered by the company. There's a quick link to create their own project in the business modeler. There's a link to the page with the 5 AI-based bots that help in building a business plan. Further, within the visible screen area, there is a list of all their projects and the user's recent activities.

We have also introduced the ability for users to open bots from anywhere during online training. Previously, such an option was not available, and students had to leave the course page to open the bots.

The Admin's dashboard includes a list of all courses created by Admin, the Admin's recent activities, a list of all courses in the public domain and a quick transition to bots.
