The customer's website is a large local marketplace for the sale of used office furniture. Therefore, there was a need for selling companies to be able to register there themselves and register their employees, so that employees could choose furniture and issue an invoice to the company. We carefully worked out the business logic - setting limits, levels of access and functionality by roles in the company, rules for the catalog. Thanks to our implementations, sales increased 2-3 times in just a couple of months.

Website performance optimization

We have worked significantly to increase page loading speed. When the client came to us, the download rate of the desktop version according to page speed was 20%. Now it's 99%.


To achieve this result, we optimized the bulky product images on the site, making them lightweight and loading instantly. We also simplified the javascripts, reduced the amount of unnecessary code and elements of the DOM structure.

Improving Checkout of the website

We significantly simplified the checkout process for end users by implementing address autofill. Now, the order form completion has become much faster – if previously it took about 15 minutes to fill out a furniture request, it now only takes 2 minutes.


This has undoubtedly had an impact on the website conversion rate, as we observed a 20% increase compared to the previous figure.

Migrating from Base search to Elasticsearch

Previously, the client had a conventional search system on their website database. This search was not efficient enough because it couldn't find the required information in case of a typo in the query, only searched through titles and SKUs, and operated slowly.


With Elasticsearch, we could implement the smart full-text search functionality on the website.

  1. We excelled at full-text search, making it suitable for a wide range of text on the website, so now it is possible to find necessary text everywhere.
  2. We provided real-time search capabilities. This means that as soon as you index or update a webpage, it becomes searchable almost immediately.
  3. We used a powerful and flexible query language known as the Elasticsearch Query DSL (Domain Specific Language). This DSL allowed constructing complex queries for searching and aggregating data.

Overall, Elasticsearch is a versatile and powerful tool that has gained popularity for its ability to handle diverse search and analytics requirements in a scalable and efficient manner.

Delivery system & payment integration

We integrated with the local delivery service API, implementing order tracking and rules for their display. For instance, if the weight and dimensions are substantial, a specific delivery option is shown, while a regular order displays a different delivery option.


Also we integrate Apple pay, Google Pay and credit cards modules.


Now, the order, payment and delivery systems for customers operate seamlessly and swiftly, thanks to our efforts.

SEO - website optimization

Every month, we monitor the website's health, ensuring compliance with all technical recommendations from search engines. We optimize headlines, implement Title and Description meta tags, H1 headers, and infuse them with relevant keywords. We rewrite website texts, making them more SEO-optimized. We diligently work on server performance to enhance page loading speed.


Thanks to our efforts, over the past six months, the website has improved its search engine rankings. The site's keyword mass has increased by an additional 300 phrases, and old ones have been re-optimized. Website traffic has doubled. We have managed to place the site in the top 3 for 173 key queries and in the top 4-10 for 236 key queries.


These results are solely due to our internal technical optimization of the site, as we have not yet engaged in link building and external optimization for this project.
